Newsletters differ from ads and brochures in that they are normally written for a subset within the general audience of the company’s customers, employees and vendors. Effective newsletters maintain the overall appearance of the business brand but are targeted to a specific audience.
For example, a car manufacturer may have a separate newsletter for its loyal customers — written in language that includes the latest models, gadgets and prices. That company may also have a newsletter for its employees that includes information on the company’s well-being, employee benefits and success stories of its valued work force. A newsletter may also exist for its vendors, including technical specifications for its new models and finding new ways for both to help each other.
Though these newsletters may be very different in content, a consistent look is vital to protect the brand that is easily recognizable for all involved.
Additionally, FAB Design can also create these pieces in languages other than English — for businesses that have international interests.
